Option #1 – Savannah City Sights

8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Welcome to Savannah, Est. 1733. This much-celebrated destination has been enticing visitors with her sultry ambiance, striking beauty and old-world charm for centuries.  Savannah is waiting for your travelers with nearly 300 years of history, showcased on the streets of the one of the largest Landmark Historic Districts in the country.  Your day will start with a trolley tour of the city where you’ll learn about Savannah’s history and see the highlights of the historic district. Next you’ll visit one of Savannah’s newest attractions, the American Prohibition Museum, the only one of its kind in the country. After a delicious lowcountry lunch, you’ll head to the Telfair Museum to view the special Monet to Matissse exhibit, followed by a tour of one of the city’s most beautiful historic homes, the Owens-Thomas House.

Option #2 – Air, Land, Sea, and Tybee 

8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Your day will start at The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force, which  aims to preserve the stories of courage, character and patriotism displayed by the men and women of the Eighth Air Force from World War II to the present. At the museum, you’ll hear the unforgettable stories of bravery, experience a bomber mission and briefing, and see the ongoing restoration of the World War II B-17 Flying Fortress. Afterwards it’s Tybee Time! Tybee Island is a small coastal community located only 18 miles away from Historic Savannah. Consistently named as one of the top-rated beaches in the U.S., Tybee has something for everyone. Your visit will start with a stop by Ft. Pulaski for a live weapons demonstration, followed by a delicious lowcountry lunch. From there it’s off to the Tybee Island Lighthouse, the 3rd oldest on the east coast. The day will end with a driving island tour and visit to Tybee’s famous pier.

Option #3 – Put Some South in Your Mouth

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Savannah’s food scene has exploded in recent years, offering something old, something new, and lots of places with a breathtaking view! Not to mention the seafood and unique local flavors that make the city a must-visit for food fans. After tastings of locally-grown goods at several of Savannah’s most popular shops, you’ll launch on a grand food tour with the experts at Savannah Taste Experience. You’ll be treated to an eclectic variety of the city’s best restaurants…from well-known visitor favorites to those amazing hidden gems. You’ll wrap up the day at the Ghost Coast Distillery where you’ll learn about the Prohibition movement in Savannah and see why we’re now considered one of the most “spirited” city’s in the US!
